New Delhi: Virender Sehwag, one of the most successful openers in Indian cricket, celebrates his 40th birthday on Saturday. 

Sehwag changed the mindset with which batsmen approached Test cricket. For him, if the ball was there to be hit, he would hit it. He finished with a career strike rate of over 80. Having played over 100 Tests, that kind of a strike rate is truly phenomenal.
